The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on many people’s lives, causing stress, anxiety, and overwhelmed, in both children and adults. Additionally, mandatory social distancing has led to feelings of isolation and loneliness. Many individuals found that they were unable to cope with this global situation in healthy ways and have intentional sought help.
